Ajibola Ponnle
Ajibola Ponnle, until her appointment was the Registrar and Chief Executive Officer of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management, the industry regulator of the profession of Human Resource Management in Nigeria. Born on the 9th of September, 1973, she has 25 years of uniquely diverse professional experience. Building on her B.Sc. in Economics from the University of Ibadan and a M.Sc. in Organisational Psychology from the University of London, she gained key skills in the fields of finance, strategy, organizational development and human resource management, with a specialisation in executive/leadership and team coaching.
She is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria, Associate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria and an International Coach Federation Accredited Professional Coach.
Amy Jadesimi
Amy Jadesimi As CEO of Lagos Deep Offshore Logistics Base (LADOL), Amy Jadesimi is overseeing the growth of West Africa’s largest logistics and engineering facility operating in a free trade zone. LADOL is utilizing the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals, expanding service to sectors outside the oil industry and creating tens of thousands of jobs. Jadesimi is an Oxford-trained medical doctor who worked at Goldman Sachs and attended Stanford Graduate School of Business prior to working her way up the ladder at LADOL, which was founded by her father Oladipo Jadesimi in 2000. She’s also served as an Archbishop Tutu Fellow, working to reduce maternal mortality. Among her many accolades, Jadesimi was named Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum.

Ayodeji Ajibola
Ayodeji Ajibola is the Director for Human Resources and Services, Guinness Nigeria, Ajibola has over 16 years’ experience in Human Resources Management, having served in leadership capacities across several countries.
She started her HR career in Phillips Consulting before progressing to a role in the Human Capital Management Group at Oando plc, at the time one of Africa’s largest integrated Energy solutions providers, & the first African Company to have a cross-border listing on the Nigerian & Johannesburg Stock Exchange. Adenike Oyetunde - Lawal
Adenike Dasola Oyetunde-Lawal, is a Media personality, trained lawyer, radio host, author, Social media influencer and life coach and disability rights advocate. She is the founder of Amputees United Initiative,which seeks to connect people living with disabilities and provide them with a safe haven and The Gratitude Hub.
In 2021, she was appointed by the Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, as the senior special assistant on persons living with disability. She was listed in 2017 by YNaija in collaboration with Leading Ladies in Africa (LLA) as one of Africa’s 100 Most Inspiring Women in Nigeria.

She is the founder of Donors for Africa where she works to strengthen the capacity of non-profits and social enterprises to access funds and achieve their vision towards the Sustainable Development Goals. Dr Chioma Nwakanma
Dr Chioma Nwakanma (Dr Zobo) is a practicing medical doctor who is passionate about preventive health practice and has been an advocate using social media as a tool to influence healthy living by combating health misinformation. She started Medically Speaking using Twitter where she shares vital information educating the masses on good health and preventive practices and she has thousands of followers.

Damilola Solesi
Damilola Solesi is the founder, CEO and creative director of SMIDS, Nigeria’s foremost animation studio.
