Jadesola is presently working as a Programmes Administrator at Rellies Works International Limited, an innovative, creativity and leadership hub poised at raising global business leaders across the globe.

Jadesola is ardent about raising global leaders, mentorship and youth empowerment through leadership development, capacity building. She is currently volunteering on the management team of Lead Africa Now as the team lead; a non-governmental organisation that is focused on bridging leadership gaps and accelerating leadership competence across Africa.

She is a graduate of The Federal University of Technology Akure where she got her bachelors of technology in Quantity Surveying. She was actively involved in the student representative council and served as an academic committee secretary in her third year as an undergraduate. She was also involved in the debating club for women in quantity surveying where she led her team to victory.

Jadesola has a deep yearning for service and has volunteered in different organisations including The PowerWoman Network, Beyond Futa amidst others.

Due to her passion for bringing imaginative ideas into reality, she has channeled this skill and passion into adorning women and girls with beautiful dresses carefully and tastefully designed by her.

Jadesola is an ambitious young lady whose vision and mission is to be an exemplary leader and also raise young global leaders to become leaders that will make societal change.
