Carol brings more than two decades of expertise garnered from prominent roles within the financial services and ICT sectors in corporate organizations. With a
distinguished career spanning 22 years, she has demonstrated commendable proficiency in projects, programs and product development, strategic planning and execution, agile leadership, fostering cultural shifts, implementing solution automation, emergent automation technologies, digital transformation and
fortifying organizational agility.

She holds professional certifications in project management, product development, business administration, management, sustainability, digital strategy, and change management, and also agile and career transition
Ccoaching. Currently spearheading strategic business transformation at Asset & Resource Management (ARM) Holding company in Lagos, Nigeria, she leads a dynamic team driving digital transformation within the Group whose focus is on harnessing technology and digital business models to revolutionize business
operations and customer channels.

Beyond her corporate responsibilities, Carol serves as the Director of Memberships for the Agile Practitioners Association of Nigeria, a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting the adoption of Agile practices in Nigeria
and Africa. The community facilitates the Agile Nigeria Conference, Agile Nigeria Meetup, and Business Agility Meetup Nigeria. She is also a member of PMI Nigeria,
representing the PMI Africa Council and a staunch advocate for Business Agility as a transformative strategy for organizations in Africa.

Recognized for her outstanding contributions, Carol was honored as one of the Top 100 Career Women in Africa in March 2023 by 9to5 Chick, a platform focused on networking and career development for ambitious African women. She also
featured in the PowerWoman 100 list for 2023, acknowledging distinguished career women making significant strides in their respective sectors.
