Abimbola Olayinka holds a master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Nicosia, Cyprus, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management from Lagos State University, Nigeria.

She is a member of the Institute of Professional Managers and Administrators of Nigeria (IPMA). Abimbola is accredited and certified by the Coaching Academy, United Kingdom as a DISC Behavioural Assessor.
She is also a certified Business Management Trainer, an ardent Emotional Intelligence Specialist, a Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner, and a Mental Health Practitioner (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy). Abimbola is a John Maxwell Leadership and Entrepreneurship Trainer, Speaker, and Coach. She is a woman of many pillars with ACPI certifications as a Professional Parenting Educator and a Professional Family and Relationship Coach from the Academy of Parenting Coaches, California, USA, and a Certified John Maxwell Parenting and Family Life Coach.

Mrs. Olayinka represents the USA based Redirecting Children’s Behaviour International in Nigeria as an instructor. She is a member of the International Network for Children and Families (INCAF) Gainesville, Florida, and an active member of the Family Life Coaching Association, North Carolina. She is fully involved in child psychology and advocacy.

Abimbola is a preacher of peace at home and at work. Her work experience cuts across the oil and gas, banking, and gaming industries. She was a management consultant before she transitioned into her current passion of helping parents to improve on their parenting methods using tested and certified approaches. With her competency over the years, she has been able to positively affect families by managing mental health concerns, improving communication, and finding peaceful, positive, and respectful solutions to the dynamic of living in different families. She has equally facilitated several seminars and workshops internationally and locally both as an employee and an employer.
